Fresh salmon4
Liquid cream4 tbsp
Garlic1 clove
Grated Parmesan60 g
Fresh dill (optional)1/2 bunch
Butter4 knobs
Olive oil2 tsp

Preparation

1.

Thaw the salmon if needed. Melt a knob of butter in a hot pan over high heat. Add the pan-fry gnocchi and cook for 2 minutes, stirring, until golden. Cover and continue cooking for 3 minutes over low heat, until nicely browned.

2.

Meanwhile, remove the skin from the salmon fillets, then cut into large cubes.

3.

Check the gnocchi. Once golden, set them aside.

4.

In the same pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil over high heat. Add the salmon cubes and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

5.

Lower the heat to medium, then add the grated garlic, liquid cream, grated Parmesan and chopped dill (if using). Adjust the seasoning to taste and mix well.

6.

Add the pan-fried gnocchi back in and continue cooking for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring, until the sauce is smooth and creamy.

7.

Serve the creamy salmon gnocchi on a plate. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and a squeeze of lemon juice, if you have some. Adjust the seasoning to taste. Enjoy!
