Breaded Fish Fillet with Tartare Sauce

Ingredients

Breaded fish fillet4
Frozen peas800 g
Yellow onion1
Tartare sauce4 tsp
Lemon wedges (optional)4 wedges
Butter4 knobs

Preparation

1.

Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the peas for 8 minutes.

2.

Meanwhile, peel the onion and slice it, then sauté it in a hot pan with a knob of butter for 5 minutes.

3.

In the same pan, add the fish next to the onions and cook for 2 minutes on each side.

4.

Add the drained peas to the pan with a knob of butter and cook for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and mix.

5.

Serve the fish and peas on a plate with the tartare sauce on the side. Squeeze some lemon over the fish if you have some. Enjoy!
